Make It Longer

Is it hard to find fashionable clothes for your tweenager that meet your standards of modesty?  Does it get even harder when you are working with 50% hand-me-downs?  We're in that boat.  So, here's what we do: we modify things.  We get out scissors and pull out the sewing machine and we make the free stuff work for us.  Take this piece for example:
